I want to go to Italy someday...!! So, I'm going to show Italian sweets to you today!There are many many sweets in Itary, but I will introduce the most famous sweet of Sicily in Italy this time;-)

What is this sweet? Jelly? Bavarian cream?
In fact, this is a cake made of ice cream!
Do you know Gelato is popular sweet in Italy, don't you?
To tell the truth, Sicily is the birthplace of Gelato!
So, in Sicily, the ice cream is very popular sweet ;-)
Especially, this cassata is typical sweet!
There are dried fruit, chocolate chip and almond chip, etc. in this cassata. It seems to be a jewel box! I want to eat it now...

This is also typical sweet in Sicily!
They shape dough of pie into a cylinder and put cream into them. This cream made from Ricotta cheese containing vanilla, chocolate, pistachio and liquor etc. It seems to use not cheese but custard cream according to the region.


Even so, Italy is so good place...they have many many delicious sweets!

kchop'. It's popular sweet in Thailand.It seems to take time very much to make these cakes.This cake looks like 'Nerikiri' in Japan. But the taste of coconut milk extends to a full of mouth.They make form of these cakes like vegetable and fruit.

This is also colorful sweet! And it's a good sweet in summer. Because...

Un means 'Kanten' in Japanese and ma prau means 'coconut'.That is to say, this sweet is KANTEN made of coconut. ;-)

How? Do you want to eat it in summer, don't you?

Well, I introduce sweets of Belgium to you this time!

The person who loves chocolates should see them. ;-)

This sweet is 'Javanais'. It looks like the OPERA.

But its taste is different. The main taste of this cake is 'COFFEE'. It goes to the layer in the coffee cream repeatedly! Javanais means Person on Java Island. So its taste is coffee. Java Island is well known for producing coffee!

This cake seems to be loved especially by people in Belgium.

Meringue and whipped cream are spread many times, the chocolate is pasted to the surroundings!
And you might see it as small cake but its size is big in fact.

This dessert is just right for HOT day! ;-)

As you know, this is vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup.

But it is not a normal ice cream.

To tell the truth, this chocolate syrup is hot!

We sprinkle hot chocolate syrup on cold vanilla ice cream.

It seems to be very delicious!
