Rumanian often eat this dish. It is similar to Japanese roll of cabbage stuffed with minced meat. So I think many Japanese like this dish. However it is funny that there are similar dishes in spite of different country.

●BABANASHU●

This is a typical dessert in Rumania. This sweet is like Satandaki in Okinawa. But it size is pretty big. Sour crea and cherry jam decorate on it. It is big, but everyone can eat up all it!

MEXICO

●TORTILLA ICE●
This is one of sweet I want to eat someday. This ice is light brown; in other words, this is hot and cold sweet. It looks like a delicious, doesn't it? I want to try this strange sense!

●TRES LECHES●

This is a traditional sweet in Mexico. It is like a pudding. Then TRES LECHES means three kinds of milk in Spanish. According to the reputation, this is made from three kinds of milk.

●TACOS●

Mexican dish is this! Probably you remind TACOS whenever you hear about Mexico. They wrap many kinds of ingredients with dough made from cone. There are a lot of street vendor's stall in many place in Mexico.

AUSTRALIA

●LAMINGTON●

This is Australian sweet. This sweet is coated sponge cake with chocolate. Then it's dusted with coconut.
This cake is also popular in New Zealand.





●ROCKY ROAD●

Do you know Makadamian Nut? It's very popular chocolate snack in Japan. This snack is made from that.
So we enjoy nut and marshmallow! :-)

JAPAN

Today I will introduce about Dish of Syogatu in Japan.
They are "Oseti" and "Zouni"

●OSETI●

Oseti is most popular dish in Syogatu. We jam many kinds of foods into some boxes called ZYUBAKO. In the old days, each family made Oseti in their home. But now family made Oseti in home is becoming a small number. We must hand down this traditional culture.

●ZOUNI●

This is one of traditional dish in Syogatu. I think many peole eat it in Syogatu. But Zouni is different by each district. So it may be good to try out the food at various restaurant.

CHINA

●山楂子飴●
This is standard sweet in China. People who live in Beijing especially like this candy.
Sannzasi (山楂子) works well for stomach. That is the reason why they suck it when they too eat or drink. Chinese sweet is good for health.

●花彩酥●

This is Chinese sweet. This sweet looks like fry bread in Japan. Their taste is like doughnut.

Lots of sugar dust it. They are sold in many food wagon all over Beijing.

WEDDING CAKE

●ITALY●
This wedding cake looks very simple, doesn't it? This is ordinary wedding cake in Italy. It is different from Japanese.(but possibly there is one like this in Japan.) Because it's made of pie. And they spread lots of vanilla cream on the pie. I'm sure this cake is so simple that it tastes very delicious.



●UKRAINE●
This wedding cake is uncommon for Japanese. This cake is made of BREAD.
Perhaps you have never seen wedding cake like this. But it looks so yummy! ;-)

●IRELAND●

This is an Irish traditional wedding cake. The Irish wedding cake tends to be a fruitcake. It includes a lot of dry fruits. And then after baking it, it's matured in liqueur for a long time.

If you are poor at alcohol, you might get drunk!?

VIETNAM

When you ask "What is Vietnamese traditional sweet?", what do you remind?

Probably many people said "CHE". So I tell three kinds of CHE, Vietnamese sweet, this time.

●CHE DAU DO●

This che is most basic che in Vietnam.
In this che there are 'Banh Lot' and 'Adzuki been'.
So, it tastes like cold Zenzai.
Because of mild sweet, this che is good for beginners about che.

●CHE THAP CAM●

I recommend this che to GREEDY.
THAP CAM means mix in Vietnamese.

There are Banh lot, Adzuki been, White been, Green been and Coconut milk.
So this che has many ingredients.





●CHE TROR NOUC● This che has dumplings made from green been's candy wrapped by mochi.
And then coconut milk, syrup, ginger and sweet sauce of sesame add to it.
