VIETNAM

When you ask "What is Vietnamese traditional sweet?", what do you remind?
Probably many people said "CHE". So I tell three kinds of CHE, Vietnamese sweet, this time.



●CHE DAU DO●

This che is most basic che in Vietnam.
In this che there are 'Banh Lot' and 'Adzuki been'.
So, it tastes like cold Zenzai.
Because of mild sweet, this che is good for beginners about che.





●CHE THAP CAM●


I recommend this che to GREEDY.
THAP CAM means mix in Vietnamese.
There are Banh lot, Adzuki been, White been, Green been and Coconut milk.
So this che has many ingredients.





●CHE TROR NOUC● This che has dumplings made from green been's candy wrapped by mochi.
And then coconut milk, syrup, ginger and sweet sauce of sesame add to it.
